2. What GetWebGrade Does

GetWebGrade is an automated website audit tool. It crawls publicly accessible websites and evaluates them based on technical factors including SSL, SEO signals, page speed, and other web health indicators. All scores and issue reports are generated automatically and reflect only technical checks — they are not a review or judgment of the quality, trustworthiness, or value of any business.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• • Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm any individual or business
• • Submit false or misleading business information
• • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, account restrictions, or security measures

4. Audit Accuracy & Disclaimer

All audits are performed automatically and may not reflect every aspect of a website's technical state. Scores are a point-in-time snapshot and may become outdated as websites change. GetWebGrade makes no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. Do not rely solely on GetWebGrade scores for business or technical decisions without independent verification.

5. Business Listings & Data

Business information displayed on GetWebGrade (name, address, phone, website) is sourced from publicly available directories. We do not claim ownership of this information. If you represent a business listed on GetWebGrade and wish to have your listing corrected or removed, please contact us and we will process your request promptly.

6. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account with others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that are found to be abusing the Service. Users are limited to one business submission per day.

7. Intellectual Property

The GetWebGrade platform, including its design, scoring system, and codebase, is the property of its creator. You may not reproduce or resell audit reports or platform content without permission. Business data displayed on the platform remains the property of the respective businesses.

8. Limitation of Liability

GetWebGrade is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of business, data, or revenue. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

9. Geographic Scope

GetWebGrade is intended for use within the United States only. We do not knowingly provide services to users in the European Union or other jurisdictions where additional data protection regulations may apply. By using the Service, you confirm that you are located in the United States.
